Meet Crea: the AI guide we built for Creatorzpace

Creatorzpace helps people take the next step in a creative career. Visitors arrive with very different questions: which track suits them, who could mentor them, whether their portfolio is ready. Crea is the guide we designed and built to answer them, right on creatorzpace.com.

Malayalam or English, typed or spoken

Crea replies in whichever language you write, including the casual Malayalam people actually text, as well as English. Members can also talk to it on a live voice call instead of typing.

What Crea does

• Reviews resumes and portfolios
• Finds mentors by the skills you want to learn
• Remembers returning visitors, so a conversation can pick up where it left off
• Captures leads and follows up with the Creatorzpace team

Built on Cloudflare, end to end

One Worker serves both the chat widget and the API, and Durable Objects hold the conversations, the knowledge index and the leads. Each visitor gets their own Durable Object, so every conversation keeps its own memory.

Answers come from a vector index, so only the relevant parts of Creatorzpace's knowledge reach the model. An off-topic guard refuses out-of-scope requests before they cost a model call, which keeps answers on topic and running costs predictable.

Following up on its own

When someone leaves their details, Crea saves the lead. 24 hours later, it pings the Creatorzpace team with what it learned from the conversation.
